A. Evaluation:
• All areas must be for all ages
B. Resolution:
• The investigation will reflect diagrammatic investigations of the neighborhood elements in
order to achieve a conceptual architectural resolution for the neighborhood. This resolution will
be valid for all neighborhoods that will like to be accessible. The idea of the concept is its
usability for new and existing developments.
C. Criteria:
• Independent: allows for use without the need of constant help
• Active: encourage activities outside the housing unit
• Accessible: any person will be able to use it, regardless of age or disability
